My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms facing the Penny were very modern and comfortable, offering affordable suite options but could be cleaner. The service was a bit mixed, as some staff members were not very helpful, while others assisted me properly. The location was convenient, especially for those traveling by car, but the dining experience was above average and reasonably priced.
